FAQ

Questions we hear before a project starts.

How long does a typical project take? +

It depends on scope. A simple website usually takes two to four weeks. Software, apps, or data projects with more moving parts typically run four to ten weeks. We give you a firm timeline after the discovery call.

How much does a project cost? +

Pricing depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. We provide a fixed quote after understanding your requirements — no vague hourly estimates. Reach out through the contact form and we'll walk you through it.

Do you offer support after launch? +

Yes. Every project includes a support window after launch, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans for clients who want continued updates, monitoring, or improvements.

Can you work with our existing codebase or tools? +

In most cases, yes. We regularly build on top of existing websites, internal tools, and data sources rather than starting from scratch. We'll review what you have during discovery and tell you honestly if a rebuild makes more sense.

Do you build Power BI dashboards from our existing data? +

Yes. We connect to your existing data sources — spreadsheets, databases, or business systems — build the ETL pipeline if needed, and design dashboards around the decisions your team actually needs to make.

What information do you need to get started? +

Just a description of what you're trying to solve. We'll follow up with the right questions on a discovery call — you don't need a formal spec document to reach out.

Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements? +

Yes, we're happy to sign an NDA before discussing project details if your business requires it.

Still have a question?
